  • Do you have the item stock?

We do our best to keep our inventory status up to date on the website. If the product status says “In stock” and you are able to add it in your cart, it means that the item is available in our warehouse and ready to ship. 

  • Do you offer volume discounts?
Our volume or bulk discount depend on many factors. Please contact us at sales@digitmakers.com for more details.
  • Do you do US delivery?

Yes, we do offer delivery throughout the United States! 

  • What delivery service do you use? How much is shipping?

    We use FedEx and UPS for our shipping needs. Our website is integrated with these carriers to provide discounted shipping rates. A tracking number will be provided with each order as soon as it is processed.

    • I have made the payment but I did not receive my email confirmation and tracking number. How can I be sure that my order is being processed? 

    Please check your SPAM folder, as sometimes our shipping confirmation is sorted into these type of folders automatically by various email providers. You may also call us to confirm at (+1) 416 739 1515 or email us at sales@digitmakers.com

    • Do I need a PayPal account?
    PayPal account is not mandatory to place an order. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can proceed to pay with your credit/debit card.
    • How much should I pay for Duty and Import Taxes?
    For items shipped to the US below $600, there will be no custom fees. 
    • Do you offer warranty?

    All our products comes with manufacturer warranties. DigitMakers.com provides assistance with warranty concerns if the item is purchased from our website. 

    • What is your Refund Policy?

    All products can be refunded within one week from the purchase date. Items have to be in original packaging and unused. Kits that need assembly should be in original packaging and should show no sign of assembly. Customers are responsible for shipping back the items. Damaged items will not be refunded. Digitmakers team will inspect the item and decide if the item is refundable or not. There is 15% restocking fee applied on specific products.
